Sankranti 2025 Special Trains List. South central railways has introduced 22 special trains for the 2025 makar sankranti festival, which falls on the 14th of january. This year, six special trains will run from hyderabad to kakinada, including routes from kacheguda and nampally (hyderabad station).
In a bid to accommodate the festive rush during sankranti, the south central railway has announced the operation of 52 additional trains. These special trains will be operated from january 6 to january 19, connecting hyderabad.
